"I know, we’re talking about auto insurance here right? But seriously, this company has provided the best service and experience I’ve had in the 25 years that I’ve had auto insurance. I’ve bounced to almost every company every six months so I’ve tried every insurance company. But I’ve finally landed here with Marianela Romero and Mike D at State Farm, and I couldn’t be happier. What sets this company apart from the rest is the service experience. There’s a guy at this company, Mike D who is really knowledgeable and an expert communicator. He takes the time to be explain things in a way that us non-insurance lingo talking folks can understand. He calls me before renewals and just checks in. He listens and then offers any support available. He’s truly a positive outlier in a sea of negative insurance experiences. If you need auto insurance, I’d recommend these folks and I’m sure you’ll get the same positive experience and level of service that I’ve enjoyed for the last few years. Thanks team!
