Every time I call her to resolve a different issue, she's always on time and ready to help. The most recent instance was a few days ago regarding a broken car window, and everything was resolved as quickly as possible. Aimee and Sofia have also been a great help with our home insurance for our most recent purchase. We will always be grateful to the entire State Farm team, especially in my personal experience with agents Aimee Rodriguez and Sofia.
